In all the hubbub and heartbreak of the last month, I neglected to share here that I was running a discount for my on-demand Beata Birth classes in honor of the Virgin Mary. What are some simple ways to honor the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus?

❤️‍🔥 Make an Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
🖼️ Enthrone an image of the Sacred Heart in your home. (One of our favorite priests did this for us last year and it was very meaningful! We included an image of the Immaculate Heart of Mary as well.)

🙏🏼 Incorporate a prayer honoring His Most Sacred Heart into your day. Here are two of my favorites:

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on me. (repeated 3x)
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like unto Thine. Amen.

Here are some simple ideas for ways to honor Mary in your home:

📿Pray a family rosary (or a decade if you have only littles).
🥾 Make a Marian pilgrimage to a local shrine or statue honoring her.
👑 Host a tea party and May crowning.
🙏🏼 Read “A Marian Consecration for Children” by Carrie Gress every evening before bedtime.
📚 Display your Marian picture books so your children are drawn to them.
🖼️ Discuss the Marian images in your home, or print some fine art out and display at your child’s level.
